I don’t mind the wheels. Missing the hub caps is the tipping point.

Not a lot of info, but this could easily be a NP. Wonder if the wheels are worth anything? I’d ditch them, hoping to get enough to pay for wheels and tires that were, ya know, smaller.

Hopefully aluminum, I would scrap them no matter what so nobody could ever inflict them on other people’s eyes. It’s a public service.
